so i get this message every time i try to join a multiplayer match so what can i do

note: this game isn't registerd to steam i bought it in a local game store

Well someone else is using the same code so you cannot play online at the same time as they are - They are basically stealing your multiplayer access to this game.

I would refund the game/get a different CD key from the store.
