Low FPS only in level select menu

Normal FPS in game, but bad in level select menu.
E8500 3,16GHz, GTX 650 top ~900MHz, 8GB 1333MHz dual, Win7 64bit, 1440x900 60Hz.
I play RAGE (almost on max) and really many games without problems on max settings.
What could be problem here?

UNINSTALL ASUS GAMER OSD only and everyting will be better.

i dont't played Dungeon Defenders for a month (or more) because get verry verry low fps :(
and now can play on the maximum quality :)

also helped in:
- NIMBUS - level select menu - before low fps -> now perfect
- Hydrophobia prophecy - better performance
- and pretty shore in more games i will get better performance
