How to Fast Forward Gameplay?

Is it even possible to fast forward in the PC version, I've seen it on youtube but only the PS3 version.

Unfortunately no. I really really wish they would add that feature to the PC version though, as I find the slow pace rather frustrating.. so much waiting >.>

A shame, 'cause the game is really good. Just.. the waiting..

Any chance of a harder difficulty setting being included in this next update as well? :)

Most of the time the AIs just sit there and wait to be killed. It would be awesome if the AI could be a little more aggressive. Or even keep their aggressiveness the same, but make it a little less likely that the AIs attack each other, and a little more likely that they attack you instead...
