Possible to play in window mode?

I tried to play this game in window mode, but haven't had any luck. I've tried hitting Alt. + Enter, but nothing happened. I went into the launch options and set it to -windowed and tried +windowed, but neither of those worked either.

Anyone found a way to do this?

1 : Start Cave Story+
2 : Go to options
3 : Set the screen type from full to Window go down in the same menu
select done push enter and buuaalaaa window mode :D

Of course it's in the actual game itself. The one place I didn't look.
