Question regarding steam achievment

Can you get the x-mas achievment from EDGE by playing the demo of the game, because I don't want to buy it atm.? If yes, then a guide / link to a thread would be nice, thanks

The way these things generally work is that you can't get achievements from demos. I only recall one exception (Undergarten) and that one was explicitly designed that way.
