A game with flamethrower but no firstperson is not really worth of buying.

I was rather partial to the x-com games of old, those weren't first person. Same with Jagged Alliance series of games, etc. RTS games aren't first person. This game works fine without first person. For someone who only wants shooter games, I think the latest CoD would be something for that person.
