None of my controllers will work

I remember way back a year ago or so when I played the demo I was able to use this Gamecube controller perfectly fine for the game, but now that I have it it won't work and neither will any of the other controllers. Not even my wired Xbox 360 controller.

Anyway to fix this or should I just use xpadder?

360 controller should work fine as the game was updated to use xinput, be sure you latest 360 controller drivers and reset the game controls to default.
