How to get to the city for achievement?

Hi, I have just installed the game, connected and build my character.

I am at th Millenium City Tutorial and the only point on map to guide me to lead to Ironclad defense.

So I went there and fought. Won the battle, but now it keeps resetting over and over again.

Where should I go to end the tutorial? Can someone give me a hint?

Talk to the guys in front of that area and get the mission that tells you to go to the HQ.

Once you beat Ironclad Defense, go back down the hill and speak with Dr. Silverback again. Then go back up and head left, all the way around the building until you come to some steps. These lead up to the entrance to the building, where the final part of your tutorial mission is.

I've gotten to that point, but once inside nothing happens. I see a couple of DestroyerBots, but nothing beyond that. Is there something that is supposed to trigger the events inside of Champions HQ? When I go to the outside door I get the options to return to the Qularr attack or celebrate my victory; I go to 'Celebrate...' and its like a static display with only the Mayor doing anything and that is repeat the same line every time you speak to him. What did I miss to complete the tutorial?

Have you talked to everybody? I don't recall the Mayor being the last person you talk to in the celebration/recovery scene.

Talk to mayor and then the dude next to him. I think it's silverback or someone. But it should say this in the objective list on the screen.
