Hi, after so many events I didn't participate I decided I wanted to get all the achievements this time. However for whatever reason my steam download speed don't go over 70KB/S, and usually hovers around 60KB/S. Steam support hasn't given me any sign of life yet and I doubt they'll help me much. I went through all the games that will probably be part of the promotion and didnt have installed yet:

At a constant 70KB/s I need 28 days to download all of this, won't cut it. To finish within the event deadline I need 200KB/S constant download rates (which I usually have, but probably steam or my ISP are reducing traffic on steam ports...
I have access to another machine that for whatever reason downloads faster but wildly, can go as high as 400KB/S and as low as 60KB/S but usually hovers around 120KB/S.
I also have access to a third machine that has extreme download speeds but cant use steam because the ports are blocked, only port 80.
I installed a steam account on my sister's house and for my sister to use if she likes later :P (the second machine) and am downloading the Free to Play games there. This sets my overall DL rate to about 180KB/S for the time these downloads last, then I can go and copy over the game files to my own pc. But afterwards I'd need to buy two of the same games to be able to keep this up. Needless to say 180kbps will leave me on the edge and I may not be able to complete the events anyway.
Also I noticed champions download size is much lower than the one I had listed, so now I ask you guys if you could tell me the actual download sizes for the games on the list, so I can do my math correctly and keep thinking on solutions for my problem.
If many of my numbers are incorrect and are much lower, this could be possible afterall, if on the other side they are much higher maybe I should just not waste my time on a losing battle.
