The King of the Hell tournament for RoI is hosted by GameReplays.org and presumably, they were also the ones that designed that banner and not Petrogylph.

I think it's funny, too. Wasn't bashing anyone; I just think it's hilarious that they have a picture of Hank Hill on their site. I'm actually starting to like the game quite a bit, in all honesty.
