you dont have to be level 8 to get it. you can get it right away. just go to the tab with the snowball event in it and start it up.

but first a few pointers for those who havent played or just want the achievement:

---
-hit ESC on the main menu and go to controls. rebind the key thats normally F1 to another, easier key. i chose 'E'. trust me, its no fun hitting F1 to throw snowballs. in hindsight Mouse 1, may have been a better choice since you only use snowballs.

-hitting space + a direction, makes you roll in that direction. this is useful for dodging.

-you cant charge your snowball when you are running.

-you have to stay the full match even if you already have 200 points.

This is essential.
You'll need:

WASD
Shift (Run)
Space (Dodge roll)

and two (self-defined) keys for
Fire ("Press fire to start"/respawn early) [left mouse button]
and
throw Snowball (grenade) [right mouse button]

To change a key you have to double-click.

The achievement difficulty itself depends on who you're playing against.
It's an MP team deathmatch map.
Took me 3 tries to get it.
