Im looking around and don't see it. Thinking maybe I haven't had my account long enough. But I would like to add rep to everyone that I have traded with.

There are white/silver scales under the usernames. Click them.

On the forums, you do it by clicking on the scales to the left of the message.

Takes like a day or 2 after your forum account is activated. The rep button is under post counts. In between the online status and report button.

Click the silver scale next to a post to contribute to that member's reputation. A maximum of 7 reps can be given within a 24 hour period and there is a rotation of 14 reps before repping the same member.

The formula for determining the number of reputation points that you can give to a member is:
+1 rep power after 50 posts
+1 rep power for every 500 posts
+1 rep power for every year registered on the forums
