I got it yesterday and haven't had any trouble finding a full game (in the UK by the way).

At 5 in the morning eastern standard time, there were about 50 players playing the game. During prime time, I've now seen between 80-120 for a couple days now. Numbers will also improve

yes it is alive. if someone really wants this game i have a free copy i can gift you. i don't have any friends into these games so i might as well give it away here.
