the game stoped downloading/updating

got the game in the sale
set it to instal this morning around 2am (28/12/11) and went to bed
woke up around 11am and it was stuck up at 99% updateing with 1 second to go
and its been the same for the rest of the day
and its been downloading all the time
so far my internet moniter says 13GB and this for a 5GB game
this happen to anyone else and any ideas what to do about it

on the menu bar go to view, then click on settings. the go to the downloads+cloud tab. its there.
