Steam obliges me to download 12 GB of updates each 5 or 6 times I start up my MW2 Multiplayer.
Although it's called update I'm fairly sure that steam is just re-downloading the game.
I cannot undo the updating process since it seems that Steam just ignores my request to NOT update the game automatically.
Can somebody tell me what is happening and how I can stop it.
Because not only does the so called update delete my localization.txt file and all the rest of the necessary .ff-files it also makes me need to manually re-download since I need to verify the integrity of the game cache which results in a re-download.
