Achievement unlocked, yet to get gift

I unlocked the Christmas achievement today, but on the Great Gift Pile page it shows up as not done, and I have not gotten my gift yet. Help?

Someone also mentioned in a third thread that the servers finally did give them the gift, but check that thang out.
