Why is Xpand Rally not available for purchase anymore?

The store page is still there but there is no Add to Cart button. It seems this happened at the first day of the holiday sales on December 19, as you can see here:

Too bad. This is the best rally game on steam. Was thinking of purchasing it for a friend who's new to steam :(

im confused I bought xpand rally on steam ages ago, playing it today but its not on steam, why did they take it down?

I should buy extreme (which is available) incase they take that down too....?
