Can't Find Multiplayer Games?

I really like this game single player, but it looks a lot more fun multiplayer. I don't understand how the matchmaking works though... I am never able to find a game, so it creates one for me. then I wait 5-10 minutes and nobody ever joins. Any help?

I was just having this problem until I checked my Windows Firewall exceptions... Sure enough, it wasn't being allowed through on my home network. I would check to make sure that isn't the problem. The other thing I find is that when trying to join a campaign game, rather than searching for a specific mission just search for "Any" (it's the top option).

I agree, the interface is a little clunky but it's functional
