I got the tow rope and booster 2.0. I drained water from Curly.
The clock room's chest was locked. Curly didn't appear in Plantation.
What am I supposed to do now?
And if it matters, let's go over how exactly I did it.
I skipped booster 0.8, and got the tow rope before fighting the Core. I grabbed Curly and drained the water in the following order in the Waterway's Cabin: Walk in, read computer, rest, read computer again, open notebook, drain water. Upon talking to Curly she muttered something and then it said that she fell asleep. I left the cabin, went over the Egg Corridor? and chose 'yes' when Kazuma asked that do I want to escape with him. I then talked to the little guys below the dragon and started to climb upwards. The chest in the clock tower was locked, and Curly didn't appear in the bottom right corner of Plantation.
