Does this game have steam achievements?

I noticed on the steam stats achievement page, that this game is listed as supporting achievements....

If you scroll down you will see, however, does this game actually have steam achievements that work? Or is it listed wrong?

Every time I click to see the achiviements, it redirects me to the login page, and again even if I logged. Same thing with the Stardock games. I guess its just a error. Since Microsoft never use GFWL on this, I doubt it will have achievements

Nope, no achievements. It's not listed as having them on the game's page.
