How's this game on PC?

I play it on Xbox and it's almost unplayable. If it ain't the lag, it's the camping ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s and T99 tards. How much better is this on PC vs Xbox?

Well, since MW2 I would say CoD is more enjoyable on Consoles than PC, depends if you play PC alot, I find people who don't play much PC gaming wouldn't enjoy CoD.

Problems?
-Matchmaking is worse than Xbox
-Hackers
-Noobier? tactics (this applies to all platforms, there will be camping on PC, Xbox and PS3)

Benefits?
-Dedicated Servers (more customisation & preferences)
-Preference of PC gaming?

Im really not one to do a long and informative post, however I was very obselete on buying MW3 until the day it was released, I did and enjoyed it alot maybe because thats what kind of gamer I am and the games im into.

I would consider whether your a regular PC gamer or not, if you find yourself on the Xbox more than the PC then maybe this isn't the game for you judging as its quite a slow (multiplayer-wise, prestiging etc.) game to reach the top of.

If you are ok with the in you face FOV 65 on PC then its playable, If you are lucky you will be able to play in Hacker/cheater-less lobbies, Lag compensation make you get into frustrated rage moments and yeah, akimbo mad men like to kill you but if you don't mind that then its ok. Personally, I tend to dominate akimbo users with range. So, if they get close meh. MK14 with my fast trigger finger, I could take them on most of the time if my head isn't hurting.

not had much problems with lag

spawn camping is pain in ♥♥♥, no spawn shield so those who have sussed where your team spawn will kill you instant you spawn.

6v6 most games. not enough in my opinion.

Hard to get whole team to work together due to this. and quite a bit of camping goes on, easy to camp out when your only up against 6 players.

hackers get free pass for however many months until they are eventually banned. Even then they pop back up due to buying cheap game/keys from russia

No console to make instant tweaks to config, instead you have to exit game and change in mp config the reload game, if something needs changed you need to exit game and go back to notepad.

Dropped alot of useful cvars that would enable you to get better fps and ping. Cannot change FOV either. One size fits all apparently.

Mouse sens is perfect, for my anyway, Activision always get that right.

I have just one question. I've seen you refer to MW3 as terrible in 3 different threads in as many minutes. Why bother visiting the MW3 forums? You have nothing positive to say about the game and you've made it clear that you dislike the game and don't own it. Why bother coming here? You'll be of no help to anyone.

I rarely have lag issues, camping doesn't seem to be a problem, and if you complain about T99s you'll probably complain about all the FMG9 Akimbo users. If you can't stand multiplayer on Xbox, you won't like it on PC.

As stated before, if you don't like it on X-Box, you won't like it on PC. The gameplay/maps/weapons are all the same, it's just KB/mouse vs controller.

I like it, despite it's flaws. I was disappointed at launch (and still am) with all the glitches/lag/connection problems, and the spawn system is the worst yet of any COD game (although there is a fix out there I hear, just not sure if it's been patched to the PC yet). I have logged a lot of time on MW3, and dispite the aformentioned issues, I'd buy it again if given a chance to go back to Nov 8th.

Well add cheats and akimbo bimbos to the campers and that's the PC version.

Well, can you imagine a map that, on the enemy team, there are 2 noobs running around with their precious akimbo FMG9s spraying everyone, 1 guy ALWAYS prone in the exact same spot, one spot for each map, 2 people shooting everyone through walls and getting headshots without aiming, and 1 guy spawning behind the enemy and knifing them?

Well, that's pretty much the PC version, except it's worse.

As a person who plays this both on xbox and pc I can say it is alittle bit different. You still have people using the akimbo ♥♥♥♥ but you will notice play styles are different. Your gonna have campers where ever you go, you just need to smarten up and watch every little spot. Xbox is more upclose fighting where PC u can still snipe in it. If you have alot of friends on pc and less friends on xbox, go for it. if not, if u dont like the xbox for those reasons, i say dont waste your money

Well there are less players on pc so there are not as many good hosts, so it's more laggy than the xbox version (not to mention the people that got a ♥♥♥♥ty pc lagging when they host) I haven't seen many people using type 95, but imo I don't see why you whine, it's not really OP compared to any other gun, I can see that it might be easy mode on console with aim assist and a burst weapon but not on pc.

If I die by Type 95 I thank a deity that it wasn't FMG-9 Akimbo.
