FIXED my cracking sound/weird crazy lag

even though multicore rendering is enabled, and i didnt have to do this before..

right click your main DD process in task manager, go to set affinity.

uncheck "CPU 0"

started playing around with it, first disabled the extra 4 HT cores, really started to mess with the game, disabled core 3 and 4, noticed it was getting better but still glitching, so i added all again but disabled 1 and 2, and it was great, added 2 and still great, added 1.. BAD.
