Okay, I went to the 3rd party & sent them my documentation "Train Simulator 2012 will not launch (and never did)" and immediately got back a 2-page reply. Apparently they are getting a FLOOD of the same problem. I followed their suggestions WITHOUT avail -- and I responded to their email saying NOTHING works.

I would suggest that Steam management NOT sell this game until they get off their duff and send us an update. Until then, WE (your customers) ARE SCREWED and I will certainly put a STOP to purchasing any more games from Steam. What person in their RIGHT MIND would continue? If you choose to ignore this, then throw some money out the window.

Thanks for your consideration.
Dale

It's the developers' responsibility to make sure their games work. Try doing research before you buy a game. Don't just blindly buy or preorder a game. Not buying perfectly fine games off Steam just because a few games are broken because their developers are sitting sucking their thumbs is a bad idea.
