Well, that one already comes with a pretty good factory overclock, if thats the one you have.

On Guru3d one of the ones they tested Overclocked as high as 978 Core, 1956 Shader, 5126 Memory.

The Core and Shader OC should be fine, but the Memory OC i wouldnt go that high.

Id go 50mhz Lower then those OC's and leave it at that, Memory... i wouldnt go any higher then 4400 unless you know what you are doing.

How well the OC does depends on the rest of your specs as well though.

All in all, 900,1900, 4000 or 4400 should be enough.

That card should OC like a freak, however the cooling is only the single fan which may limit you. You shouldn't just bump it up to someone else's frequencies though, working out your own wall is best.

The CM GX series PSU is made by Seventeam so it's a high quality unit.

I have my Gigabyte 560's running at 1Ghz Core, 2Ghz Shader and 5000 Memory (which is really 2500x2). Amazing performance.

I'd recommend MSI afterburner for clocks and kombustor for testing. Start with the core/shader, knock it up and test on DX 9/10/11. Keep going til you get artifacting, then try some extra volts. If it helps, keep going, if not, remove the volts and bump the clocks back til it's clean. Keep an eye on your temps too they should increment with the clock bumps not suddenly surge up.
