Team stays red !?!

I can easily enough create and save team for multiplayer, and they appear on my list of teams. But they stay red, and i can't select them for playing online ?? am I missing something? or is it maybe en error in the game or port-problems ?

You have to join a league. Naggaroth is a good place to start. Make sure you have LE or there will be no one that you can play.
