Sonic CD not downloading

Hi. I bought Sonic CD today, and while it shows up on my Steam gamelist, when I try to install the game it says this:

"No Steam content servers are currently configured to deliver content for this game. This will be corrected soon. Please try again in a few minutes."

I've been trying for at least 30 minutes now. Another friend of mine had *zero* trouble installing anything. What's going on?

I've read through this FAQ page (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9926-WIGB-5488) on your behalf. Basically click here (steam://settings/downloads) and change your server to the next nearest location. Then try again!

I've tried about 7 different servers now, and none of them are working. Should I just wait?

I recommend trying the solution mentioned in some of the General Steam Discussion subfora threads of removing a certain .blob file and then attempting to reconnect. Check those threads for details.
