One can only dream for all saved games to be on the cloud but today we are one step forward that dream.

So long as the cloud remains optional and not required, I'm all for it being included in all games everywhere. I never use it since it's annoying having it take several minutes for a game to quit due to it synchronizing with the cloud. (Or for Steam to close, since I think it synchronizes data with the cloud during shutdown)
