Found after several tries on google.
"Do not run in any compability mode. Start the game and Alt+Tab go to task manager then processes tab, right click (CoCMainWin32.exe) and select "set affinity" and uncheck all but "CPU 0" after that it should work." You need to do this every time you run the game.
Worked for me.
- If your game freezes at several points, you need to disable steam community in game, for this game specificaly.
Right click the game in library, select properties and disable steam community in game. It should fix freezes.
Fixed mine.
