Game not loading...

I have just purchased this game because it looks pretty cool and have been watching a few vids on this and like what i see. But i have one issue............ The game won't start crashes on load up. "Universe Sandbox crashed when opening or running the simulation: Our Solar System" any ideas of to what could be causing this error message. Any help whould be much appreciated thanks.

That's odd. I think I've heard of a few others that have this problem, but haven't been able to track down the cause.

Are you sending in the error report / log files? If so what email address did you use (or even just what is before the @) so I can identify them?

Having crash on startup for some time now. Always send in the error report. email is "salith@gmail"

I was having the same problem.


I went into steam/steamapps/common/universesandbox...

into prerequisites and ran dotNetFx40_Full_setup exe.
selected repair to original state...
Rebooted computer.
Universe sandbox now will run fine.

Managed to find a fix on the actual developers forums;

Got the DLL file from here (http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php/dllfiles/T/T2EMBED.DLL/0,2,0,810/download.html) (link on the right for the ZIP file of it) since I couldn't get it from my system32 folder (not enough permissions and couldn't be bothered trying to fight it).
