Why oh why oh why are so many people fixated on using these ancient words?

Camper for instance: Er, hello? I'm a sniper and that is the whole idea; I am reloading; I am taking a time out to think how to get out of an awkward situation; I've seen where you are and I for one are going to kill you and not get killed by you; Camping is a strategy just like your running round like a headless chicken shooting everything in sight, trying to impress, well, sorry to say, just to impress yourself!

Noob tuber: For starters, it's in the loadout, so, why not?; I am trying to earn some more XP.

l2p (learn to play): Well isn't that what I am doing? I don't need you to state the obvious!

Noob: Everybody is a noob, well according to most of the players out there.

Get some skill(z)(s): Well I'm a skilled engineer and I don't think that will help me in this game?!

All in all, I bought the game with my own money so I'll play the way I want to.

I have been using the tube lately. Using it in a proper manor. I absolutely hate when some guy calls me a noobtuber noskill or whatever while he is in a room "camping" (i'm not being negative, just everyone knows exactly what i mean when i say camping). I put a few shots in him with my m4, then when he cowards back to regen his health, i finish him off with a roof-shot. Same thing with corners and people reloading, although then it is a ground shot.

I never run around with the tube ready, almost every single grenade i fire gets a kill. The tube is the only reason in the game i would chose an assault riffle over a submachine gun. By it's self, the tube is pretty useless. Without the tube; the increased speed/stamina of the submachine gun makes the assault riffle pointless.

It is just not a noob tube anymore.

Yes, the word "noob", or "newb", coming from the word "newbie", as in new, inexperienced player who does one stupid mistake after another, has totally lost its meaning, at least among the kids I have to play with these days.

Anything is noob now.

Guy hacking with aimbot - aimbot noob

Sniper picking off enemies from his FFP - camper noob

Akimbo-FMG9-13-year-old-kid-pro - akimbo noob

akimbo fmg is the ultimate party starter. one or two kills and you have an argument I hope they leave it as it is just so I can wind people up or go after those idiots that change their names to things like akimbo hater.

Until some ♥♥♥♥wit comes along with MW3SA and bans you from his connection because you used a riot shield in search and destroy.
Which is why mw3sa ahould be a banable program and the creator should be banned for good too.

Most of it is just whining so you have to get used to it.

Akimbo is a different matter. It's overpowered, and while we're still waiting for it, it's already been nerfed on the consoles. So the question there is it legit to use an obviously overpowered setup while waiting for it's promised nerf? I would have to say no. It's up there with g-strings on fat girls. It's technically legal, but everyone knows it's wrong.

No, we still haven't gotten that patch. What we got was a fix for a shotgun glitch and supposed lag compensation. The underbarrel attachments still increase the rate of fire of CM901, akimbo isn't nerfed, and on the PC you can still get inside the dome.

A very intelligent post. I agree 100%. This is perhaps the most intelligent post I have read so far. Another one that makes me scratch my head is if you kill a high score player, he or she says it's due to lag or camping.

Setting chat size to zero, turning off the music and muting all players at the start of a game makes for a nice game. I don't have time to play constantly so when I do play, I like for it to be fun not stressed out like some players make it.

Noob used to be a different spelling from newb, but it has acquired a new meaning.

A newbie is someone new, who's bound to make mistakes but learns from them.

A noob is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥bag who thinks he's pro, even though he's a terrible player and/or makes the same mistakes over and over again.

It is common for a noob to spout nonsensical things like "Shut up, I've been playing MW3 for 6 months now".

All in all, I bought the game with my own money so I'll play the way I want to.

Noobtubing rage dates back from mw2. If you remember it, you know what I'm talking about. OMA/DangerClose/Whatever, random AR with noobtube, secondary is either RPG or tubes.
Tubes on their own were already powerful. With Danger Close they became nearly instakill.
In MW3 tubes are FAR from being that powerful. You can only kill wounded enemies or with a direct impact.

"l2p, noob, get some skill" usually comes from ragers. Don't listen.

"I bought the game with my own money so I'll play the way I want to." That argument can be used by anyone.
Did you know cheaters paid for the game with their own money, too? AND, not only that, but they also paid for their aimbots, wallhacks and whatnot?
Does that make it ok for them to cheat?
On a non-EULA-infringing argument, there's some basis to most complaints.
For instance: FMG9 akimbo. Why is there so much hate towards that weapon? Because it trumps every single gun in the game, except at EXTREME range (where only a sniper rifle could hope to kill with ease) due to its regular damage (3-5 shots to kill) and nearly twice as much RPM as the second fastest-firing weapon in the game, @ over 2000RPM.
FMG9 akimbo fires literally over 33 rounds in a single second. You need 5 to kill.

Do the math.

Noobtube rage was present in mw1, but since there was a limit to how much one could noobtube (no replenishable ammo), it wasn't that common.

In mw2, however...

Nowhere am I saying, or even implying, this.

Everyone knows MW1 was the best. Skill-based (even if it had one or other OP/annoying thing, it was nowhere near what we have to deal with today), balanced, PC version properly made.
