I'm just baffled that this was all done in a matter of a bit more than 5 days.

I bore down until I got them all! When I know I have a realistic shot at 100% (i.e. not Braid, Limbo, AYIM) I usually play the game to the exclusion of all others. Kinda just did that with L.A. Noire.
