Graphics Mod

Does anyone know of a mod which solely improves the graphics of the game, without touching any of the gameplay?

I don't know of a graphics-only mod. If you want to stay close to the basic game, your best bet may be the Stainless Steel mod. In general it expands the basic game without drastically changing the game mechanics or the setting. (Some options and submods will create big changes though)
