Hello everyone, I'm looking for a gaming desktop that can run newer AAA games on high settings, is doesn't have to be ultra/max. I need it to run games like Battlefield 3 and Skyrim. Thanks!

Pre-built or you build?

Laptop or Desktop?

Any CPU/GPU preferences?

EDIT: And as caveman suggests... Location, Location, Location.

I prefer pre-built, but I can (Or you can) build one if it saves money.

Thanks!

caveman.....I don't need a monitor or a keyboard, and it has to have Windows 7. Thanks!

You're going to want to build a PC, not buy it prebuilt. It'll be cheaper and your parts will be better. Plus its easy and fun! Like really expensive legos!

Hey there here are my specs, i'm not sure it's just €700 can be €725 to or something:
Intel Core I5 3.20 GHz
8 GIGs of ram
EVGA GTX 560 Superclocked
ASUS P8Z68-V Pro
Antec VP550P 550W Continuous Power
Hardrive of 500 GB

If you want to save some money out you can buy 6 or 4 gigs of ram

Wisconsin, 1 euro = 1.3003 US Dollars.

That one is way over budget.

cpu:2500k - $200
video: 560/560ti/6870/6950 - $200-300
these should be the key components to your pc, and u got $300 dollars to spare on the rest assuming you're talking about $700 before tax. You can go cheap on motherboard/psu/hard drive. DVD/ram are naturally cheap, and get a 40-dollar mid tower. You're good to go!

You're going to want to build a PC, not buy it prebuilt. It'll be cheaper and your parts will be better.

Not only that, but what alot of people fail to realize with prebuids is they are already overpriced as-is. Not to mention you're only getting 1year warranty standard, unless you're paying extra for a 2 - 5 year warranty (depending what they offer). Whatever warranty coverage your prebuild is for, that covers all parts and that means the HDD too. Hmm if I buy a hard drive on my own, it has a 3 - 5 year manufacture warranty, but if the HDD comes with a prebuild and I only pay for the standard 1 year warranty, that's all my coverage is good for, even on the HDD, etc. and if my HDD goes bad, I have to go through my OEM vendor to get it replaced, etc.

By the time you pay that extra amount for 3 year coverage on a prebuild, HAHA yea just build it.

Buying the parts on your own, you're getting full manufacture warranty coverage. No red tape.
