As far as I've seen, I've listened to all of the dialogs and have looked everywhere. Unless there is something I've overlook, I've been in the generator room and listened to the dialog on the ships.

There are 2 Tribes specials in two different episodes. The achievements are always for watching videos. So I think you got the wrong episode.
