Is there any matchmaking service worse than Brotherhood multiplayer?

No servers.
Joins the emptiest available game rather than the fullest.
Unreachable games.
Can't customize settings, profiles, or do anything else while waiting.

Seriously, I've never seen a multiplayer service try so hard to suck.

maybe some indie games, but even amongst indie games, none comes to my mind right now...

and indie games have budget of like 10k$
this game has million$ +
