invalid cd key with vegas 1 and 2

I bought vegas 1 and 2 but when i try to get online and i have to enter my cd key it always sais cd key invalid.
I allready tried to change the zeros to O , but this did not worked.
I have the same problem for vegas 1 and 2.
pls help me
