Playing with windows seven 64

Is there someone who manage to play with :
OS : win seven 64 bits
graphic driver : 285.62 nvidia
Even with vsync on, i still got wall and elite problem during battle....:(

Changing computer resolution or in game resolution seems to make the bug random and allow to make some battle but it appears again with legendary unit....:eek:
In which resolution computer:game on w7 64x do you manage to play ?
