Can't View Settings Option [TEMP FIX FOUND]

I can't seem to view the settings option in the iOS version of the Steam app.

I use an iPad.

Anyone with this?

I mean I can't actually press on the button.

When I try to scroll down, it doesn't allow me to press it. It scrolls back up.

When I try to go down to the settings i just can't reach it, because the screen scrolls up when i stop touching the screen.

Hope you understand what I mean.

When I access the menu, while I'm scrolling, I can see the Settings option; however, I can't scroll to it, because when I release scrolling it ends up off-screen no matter what I do.

I installed this app on iOS two times many months apart.. both times I have had this problem.
