Mannifist Destiny
5% faster movement when carrying buildings.
+35 hp.
Upgrades cost 50 more metal.
No crits.
Resembles the Fallout 3 Power Fist (http://oyster.ignimgs.com/planets/images/00/07/718_Fallout-3-20080921053737777.jpg) and/or this one (http://www.entertainmentearth.com/images/AUTOIMAGES/PL57435lg.jpg).

Engie should always be able to be sniped in 1 headshot. 175 is too much.

I have to agree. Giving the Engie as much health as a Demo is a bit much, and the additional metal penalty can be avoided by building and upgrading your buildings either right outside the spawn, or next to a dispenser.

The extra movement speed is nice, but the extra health makes the engineer a tank. Repairing/upgrading your buildings should cost 20% more.

Yes, but in order to use a dispenser you have to either use another engie's or build one, and then you'll have less metal leftover or, even near spawn, more trips to spawn.

Still, that's not much of a disadvantage. Besides, someone could negate the extra cost by continually carrying a lvl 1 tele or something while moving, or by using this with the Gunslinger.

Engies don't need that much health. It makes them too hard to wedge out of their little corners.

This, but I'd like to say that the name is amazing.

Ok, I'll nerf the hp bonus.

...this is a wrench replacement, you couldn't use the gunslinger with it.

125 + 30 = 155

150 < 155

Umm..... Engie can be picked off with a Single headshot w/ 175 Health. But it varies on the charge......

Back to topic.

Sounds like an interesitng concept. You can bring the buildings out faster to battle, and endure longer. Yet it requires more metal for upgrading.

Rapid deployment and more frontline lethality, exactly the point of this.

I get it. Though both 175 and 155 are 1-shot-killable with fully charged headshots.

I don't think the protection against quickscopes is as game-breaking as the other posters are making it to be.

I do think that the upgrade penalty is crippling in any situation that doesn't involve building outside your spawn, and even then it significantly delays your build time. Wouldn't +50 metal for upgrades be enough? Especially if you're going to nerf the health bonus that hard.

Bump.
