The game kept crashing when i tried went into the temple of talos to get arrested... so i killed the guards and it flashed on screen the bounty removed as all witnesses are dead.. can even leave the temple and walk around town with no problems.

so what can i do to complete the cidnah mine quest? is there no way to complete it without being arrested?

If you stealth kill all the guards you cant start the next quest normally because killing the guards is an intended means to not having to do the next quest.

You will probably have to use console commands to do the mine quest if you really want to.

well, if it didn't lock up my computer, i wouldn't mind getting arrested... i guess they were serious about my not leaving cidnah mine.. :)

You must be arrested to do this quest. Try going out and commiting a crime and let them arrest you.
