Pop ups/notifications?

Hey, I haven't been using the steam mobile beta long enough. So it may have been added or I haven't realised it. But pop ups would be nice eg Daily deal Skyrim at -75% and friend request "User Zomg I'm a pop-up??? has requested to bee your friend. These kind of pop ups/notifications would be nice, would be super awsome if it would sync from your steam account settings.

There are notification settings so I am sure there wil be. I would like to see the daily/weekend deal as well as if any games in my wish list go on sale.

It would be nice with all games, it always interests me how long steam will go with prices. Even if it's a game that's £20 and on offer for £1.50 and it looks crap and has bad reviews I will buy it just because of the price. Can't buy nothing these days for £1.50
