Sound Issue?

Perhaps its just me, but all I hear is just the Soundtracks, no voices, or sound effects when I play, given that I just started. Perhaps their are voices further in the game?

Playing in Windowed Mode if that has anything to do with it. (Shouldn't though right?)

There are no voices in this game, as Carpe Fulgure does not have the license for the deluxe version. Dunno about your sound effect problem, though.
