I'm having an issue with my AOE3. I bought it on steam and basically it's saying Error 101 when I've not created an account. You can message me here or at Maj0raX@aol.com (faster response) thanks a ton and I hope to resolve this issue soon!

Did you previously have the game installed on the operating system from a retail copy?
If you're receiving the 101 error please email me at age3support@microsoft.com with the product ID from the core AOE3 game.

To find the PID start Age of empires 3 without any expansions, go to Help and Tools, followed by “About”. The PID will be a series of numbers on the screen that appears.

It can take several days due to email volume (I am but one man handling all requests :( )
