So, mind you, my only experience thus far has been with the demo - as such, this may change ...
However ... I got caught stealing from a chest in the first little town (Shame on me for getting caught!). When the guard came up, I decided to be a bit cocky and "Resist Arrest". The usual surge of guards came, most of whom were slaughtered ... but when I went outside to try and calm down the situation ... the whole village attacked me. Of course I died ... but then when I resurrected, they all kept attacking me ... over and over again.
Now, I'm all for thorough and dedicated UI to teaching crime-do-ers a lesson ... but really? That was excessive!
Is there a way to calm down the townsfolk via paying a higher fine, leave aggro range, etc? Or do I have to cope with them trying to slaughter me forever more?
