low fps fullscreen

before i end up buying this game. for some reason i get really low fps in fullscreen mode. around 24 when doing nothing and 15 or so in fights. in windowed i get 129 though. wondering if anyone else was experiencing this. changing vram settings to minimal wouldnt even show video and ends up crashing.

windows 8 beta

edit: just tried zoom mode and still no higher than 24 fps.

u should start it on windows 7

mmm i guess theres no harm in trying. will reply with findings.

edit: Turns out wndows 8 doesnt like this game. thanks for the suggestion. 60 fps all throughout.
