Will buying an Everything Pack give gift-able copy of already owned CM2?

I bought CM2 a while back with a coupon that I had, then I realized there was an Everything Pack and now I have a coupon for that. Does anyone know if you receive a gift-able copy of what you already own, or are you not compensated for it? I've already read the FAQ post (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4502-TPJL-2656) but this seems open-ended and outdated. Has anyone dealt with this, or should I just send in a support ticket?

I don't think you will be able to gift it, this question has been asked many times for many other games and the answer has always been no, you can't separate a pack...
