Whenever I play Sonic CD, I can launch the config tool, but launching the game puts the green frame around my name, then 2 seconds later, the frame goes away, and nothing opens.
Is it due to the fact that my DirectX version is 11?
On another note, I re-installed the game many times, and I installed DirectX 9.0c (June 2010) after being told it works along-side DirectX 11.
