About Tabbing E failure

I can never fast enough to TAB E to knock off bomb bug before it explode.. thats really hard,isn't it ..?
Any technique..?I need help!

Let go of the mouse and use your right hand.

Certain homing weapons, rifles etc can actually shoot the bug right off your back.

and if you're using battle armor, use the shield, if possible. you won't take damage this way.
