Is a joke or what... i can't use mouse to move view

I am a pc gamer, i never played a game released over 1990 that doesn't supports the mouse. Could i use the mouse to move the view and shoot? There is a .ini to solve that problem? Or i have to use the gamepad (that's orrible for a fps)

Uhm, you can use your mouse. Maybe you have a gamepad plugged in, unplug every controller you have.

Nope i have a Xbox360 controller but it isn't plugged in

You should definitely be able to use your mouse to look around. Mind sharing a few more details?

same problems here...

cant aim with the mouse but the mousebuttons all work, no gamepad or joystick pluged in, drivers are all up to date, in the gamemenue i can move the mouse without any problems, only ingame i cant aim with the mouse (only with keyboard), at the options menue there is no way to set the mouse axis at move left/right/up/down... is there maybe a way to edit cfg file or something to get the mouse working?

i use a logitech g700 mouse

ok, problem fixed:

i found out that my virusscanner (comodo internet security) has blocked some actions of the engine.exe file (even if i was in gaming mode and set it as friendly in firewall), i needed to give all rights (read, write, etc) manually and then it worked.

cant understand how it could be that such functions could get blocked by a virusscanner, but it works now, so i can live with that...
