Anyone having this problem?

I've had slow video problems. After changing settings using different methods (lowering quality and potential fixes I found on this forum) the problem will correct itself for a match or two. But then the game will run very slow again. To the point of being unplayable. Even the in-game menus move slowly or incorrectly outside of a match. I don't think it's a server issue either because the performance drop affects me when I'm playing an offline Challenge as well. Something is going on because sometimes it runs great. I play other demanding games with no problem.

Yeah those are the same two fixes I tried. They seemed to work but now they don't.
